Exaireo Reuse - Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any tags it was sold with, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is a part used tin of paint, we expect it to be returned with the same amount in the tin as marked on the lid before purchase.

To request a return, you can contact us at reuse@exaireo.org. If your return is accepted, we will ask you to return the item to our shop, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue. As some of our tins of paint are part used or preowned, there is a high chance that tins may be damaged prior to purchase. 

Damaged or faulty furniture can be returned or repaired, based on the individual situation; please contact us to discuss the most appropriate course of action.

Faulty or damaged painting equipment can be returned, with a full refund given once the item has been viewed and assessed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Please note: As some of our tins of paint are part used or preowned, there is a high chance that tins may be damaged prior to purchase. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF PAINT DUE TO AESTHETIC DAMAGE; we do however accept returns of unusable paint, so if you have any concerns please contact us and we will do our best to deal with any issues you may have.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to exchange an item for something more suitable is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
